DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe summer conference is scheduled for July 25-28\, 2024\, 
 at Crystal Mountain Resort. The room block is now open for members to secu
 re their accommodations. Rooms can be reserved in the following manner:\n\

 his link - Book Online Here. The group number and the dates of the event 
 will automatically populate. The arrival and departure dates may be altere
 d as needed\, but please note that there could be a minimum night stay req
 uirement.\n\nNote: The cutoff date is 6/24/2024. Reservation requests afte
 r this date will be accepted based on availability and at the prevailing d
