The 2008-2013 Contract with the Operating Engineers has been ratified by MITA Power-of-Attorney Contractor Members.
Please note that the fringes as noted here differ somewhat from the Table Agreement. The only difference is a shift of three cents (.03¢) from the Labor Management Fund to the Retiree Benefit Fund. This allocation does not affect the agreed to package. What does affect the package is a one cent (.01¢) increase in the Industry Promotion Fund.
