The room block for MITA’s 2024 Annual Conference is set to open on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. and rooms can be reserved one of two ways.
1. Call Soaring Eagle’s central reservations number at 1-877-232-4532 and reference group code: MITA011624
2. Visit www.soaringeaglecasino.com and click on the “Book Now” tab on the right, which will direct you to the booking page. Once on the booking page, change the “Promo Code” to “Group Code” by selecting the drop-down arrow and enter code: MITA011624 and continue the booking process.
Note that these rooms will sell out in hours, maybe even minutes! DO NOT WAIT to book your room.
If you are unable to secure a room at the casino, please book a room at one of the other Soaring Eagle properties or anywhere nearby the venue. You can add yourself to our cancellation waitlist here, and we will do our best to move you to a resort room if one becomes available.
