The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) intends on using a Design-Build procurement method to deliver a road and bridge rehabilitation and reconstruction project on I-94 in Calhoun County. MDOT plans to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in September of 2021 and a Request for Proposals (RFP) in March of 2022. The project construction is expected to begin in 2022 and is expected to be complete in November 2024
