It is with an extremely heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mark Boden, Vice President of Ajax Materials Corporation. Mark passed away Tuesday evening.
More than just an employee, Mark was a family member and dear friend to many at Ajax for over 35 years. Over these years of countless hours of hard work and fun times together, Mark helped establish much of the foundation they live and breathe each day at Ajax and the Ajax Materials Division. His impact was widespread throughout Ajax, company affiliates, many industry associations, and his personal life.
Mark was an avid cyclist with the love of his life, Mary Raftery, for over 20 plus years, the biggest University of Michigan fan, and a great huntsman.
Mark will be remembered for his infectious smile, hilarious stories, and dedication to the company and the Ajax team.
