We’re excited to announce that MITA’s Annual Conference—the industry’s biggest event—is back! Mark your calendars for January 22-23, 2025, as we gather at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort for what promises to be our best event yet.
Last year, we welcomed over 1,300 attendees and nearly 100 exhibitors, and this year is shaping up to be even bigger!

Early Bird Registration
From October 15, 2024, to November 15, 2024, you can take advantage of our Early Bird registration at $325/person. After November 15, the price increases to $350/person, so don’t miss the chance to save!
Hotel Reservations – Important New Process!
This year, we’re introducing a new reservation process to ensure a smoother experience. Here’s how it works:
– Reservations can only be made by filling out the hotel reservation form and emailing it to: groupblockreservations@sagchip.org.
– The casino hotel WILL NOT accept phone, web, or in-person reservations.
– You can reserve 1 room per form and submit up to 5 rooms per email request.
While we have a block of rooms reserved at the venue (which amounts to the entire hotel), they will sell out quickly. In case rooms are unavailable, we’ve arranged for overflow accommodations at nearby hotels and the Waterpark Hotel. You may also be placed on a waiting list for the casino hotel, as last-minute cancellations do occur, though not often.
