Attendee Registration
Two days of keynotes, breakout sessions (with CEHs for engineers), networking receptions, and the trade show.
- Early Bird Member Rate: $350 — through Friday, November 6 at 11:59 PM
- Member Rate: $375 after November 6
- Non-Member Rate: $450
- Spouse/Guest: $250
Exhibitor Booths
Booths are going fast — more than 45 have already been reserved.
- Secchia Lobby (DeVos Place): $900 members
- Center Concourse (Amway): $1,200 — members sponsoring at the Major level ($3,000) or above
- Every booth includes a six-foot table, two chairs, electrical, and two complimentary registrations. Additional representatives are $250 each.
Member exhibitors: reserve by November 6 — after that, remaining booths open to non-members.
Sponsorships
Put your company in front of Michigan’s contractors, suppliers, engineers, and public officials. Levels start at $750, and specialty sponsorships — keynotes, breakfast, lunches, and lunch beverages — are still available. Both coffee break sponsorships are already sold out.
December 1 is the deadline for custom cup and cocktail napkin sponsorships, so logos can go to production.

Hotel — New Overflow Block at the Courtyard by Marriott
Our room block at the Amway Grand Plaza is sold out, so we’ve added an overflow block at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Grand Rapids, at the same $174/night group rate.
Book by Monday, December 28, 2026 to guarantee the group rate at either hotel.
Already booked at the Courtyard? If you reserved a room there on your own, we can move it into the MITA block so you get the group rate. Email Danielle with the name on the reservation and your confirmation number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
