MDOT has recently made the noted changes to the following frequently used special provisions and will be in effect with the April 5, 2013 letting (except as noted).
The following 12 SP has been added:
- 12SP810(N) Bridge Mount Sign Connection Hardware Removal
The following 12 SPs have been updated:
- 12SP105(A) Source of Steel and Iron (Buy America) (effective with the January 11, 2013 letting)
- 12SP810(A) Anchor Bolt Inspection And Reporting And Payment Schedule For Overhead Support Structures
- 12SP820(O) Wireless Vehicle Detection.
