Reserve a Room
A block of rooms has been set aside for MITA conference attendees at the venue. The only way to reserve a room is to complete the form and email it to the hotel. The hotel will not take reservations over the phone or online. If you are unable to secure a room at the venue, please add yourself to the waiting list and book a room at a nearby hotel. If a room becomes available at the conference hotel, MITA will reach out to you with options to reserve it.

FAQ’s
What's the Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received by January 3, 2025, to be eligible for a refund, less any credit card processing fees. Refunds for cancellations received after January 3, 2025, will be at the discretion of MITA. Payment must be received by January 3, 2025, for all non-member companies planning to attend.
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company. Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing to Danielle Coppersmith at daniellecoppersmith@thinkmita.org
Invoice or Bill Me Option
Individuals who have registered for MITA events but have requested to be billed or invoiced and then canceled registration to attend MUST notify MITA of cancellation in writing. Failure to submit payment prior to cancellation is NOT proof of cancellation, and you will be held to payment obligations as specified by the date of cancellation.
All Bill Me or invoice order payments must be received and/or postmarked by the advertised deadlines in order to receive any early discounted rates on registration fees. Payments postmarked after the deadline will be assessed the later fee.
