Due to high demand and the first session reaching max capacity, a second session is being offered. With the recent changes stemming from the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) 2023 Final Rule, MITA will host a second session with MDOT’s prevailing wage specialist. The session will cover the pertinent changes for Michigan, a list of detailed examples, and answers to industry questions.
The session will be in person at the MITA office on Thursday, April 25th, 2024 from 10 am-12 pm. Refreshments sponsored by BCT Benefits.
