Due to high demand a third session is now being offered. With the recent changes stemming from the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) 2023 Final Rule, MITA will be hosting a third session with MDOT’s prevailing wage specialist. The session will cover the pertinent changes for Michigan, a list of detailed examples, and answers to industry questions.
The session will be in person at the MITA offices on Thursday, May 9th, 2024 from 10 am-12 pm.
