Governor Snyder’s Fall Agenda

Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer and with that comes the end of summer fun and the beginning of fall work. Agenda items slated to be addressed this fall by Governor Snyder are: state residents’ health; training for available jobs; and, fixing the crumbling roads and aging sewer systems.

With all of the activity expected in Lansing this fall and winter, contact your elected officials and make sure they know that Michigan’s infrastructure is a priority and cannot wait to be addressed in 2012, but instead should be solved this fall.

If you haven’t yet met with your legislator, contact MITA’s outreach coordinator, Nicole Cook, today!  She can help you arrange a meeting with your legislator. She can be reached at 517-347-8336 or via email at nicolecook@mi-ita.com.
