The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is proposing to roll back its longstanding waiver of manufactured products from Buy America requirements. The agency has asked for industry feedback on this possible change. ARTBA has developed a short survey for contractors on these issues and will compile the results and share them with FHWA.
Please help by taking a few minutes to complete the survey and share your insights on the market realities for manufactured products. Your responses are due Wednesday, May 8.
