Per Public Act 10 of 2023 Amended, all contractors and subcontractors working on State of Michigan funded projects must complete an annual registration with the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) before bidding or starting work. LEO made the online system available late this week.
Key Details:
- Registration is mandatory for all contractors and subcontractors on state-funded projects
- Annual Registration Fee: $500.00
- Registration is managed by the LEO Wage and Hour Division
