MDOT Digital ID Renewal Notice

MDOT has announced that Starting October 16, 2017, Digital ID holders who submit electronic bids to MIDOT through the AASHTOWare Project Bids component, will begin receiving notifications to renew their Digital ID through the Bid Express® service.  Digital IDs are active for two years.

Contractors will receive an email notification at 90 days from an ID’s expiration date with instructions.  Please note that If a new Digital ID is created prior to the existing Digital ID expiring, no associated fees will be applied to continue bidding with the AASHTOWare Projects BidsTM software.
