Based on industry feedback MDOT will be implementing a security enhancement in ProjectWise. This enhancement will take effect on Monday, June 13th, 2016.
Currently, when a contractor submits a document through ProjectWise, the document becomes non-visible to the contractor once the contractor changes the state to submit the document. The ProjectWise enhancement will keep the file visible to the contractor after they have changed the state. This will correct this “non-visible” situation.
This enhancement only effects document visibility after submittal. The process for submitting documents is not changing.
