The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has posted a survey regarding their Project PDF pilots and they are requesting feedback from estimators and others involved in preparing bids for the pilots since the November 2020 letting. Please feel free to forward the survey to those who may have assisted with developing bids on any Project PDF pilots. MDOT has notified us that there will be a second survey this fall to gather feedback specific to field use on Project PDF pilots.

In addition, MDOT invites all to attend a Microsoft Teams Meeting to discuss Project PDF plan set contract deliverables on July 15th, 2021, from 10:30 AM to noon. MDOT has been hosting this bi-monthly event to present MDOT’s new Project PDF deliverable format, as well as allow time for questions and feedback.
