MISS DIG team members have volunteered to come to the MITA office to present a class for MITA members. The class is free and open to all MITA members. It will be an interactive, in-person class where attendees will be taken step by step through the process of entering tickets via the Pelican system. MISS DIG team members will be answering questions and be prepared to help members with any trouble shooting.
The in-person class provides a thorough tour of the OneCallAccess Ticket Entry Platform, showing users how to place tickets, view ticket history, and check Positive Response. The class includes several basic ticket examples for single address, multiple addresses, design, roadway and emergency ticket types. This educational opportunity is recommended for all new users and is a requirement for those who want to upgrade their basic OneCallAccess account to External Plus.
