We’re once again reserving the entire Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort for MITA’s 2026 Annual Conference, taking place January 21–22, 2026. Rooms will go quickly, so please read the instructions below carefully and prepare your reservation materials in advance.
How the Reservation Process Works:
To ensure a smoother and more equitable booking process, reservations can only be made by completing and emailing the official hotel reservation form to:

• Reservations will not be accepted by phone, web, or in person.
• One room per form – you may submit up to 5 forms per email.
• Reservations will be accepted starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
• Any forms submitted before that time will not be processed.
To help make things easier this year, you can pre-fill your forms ahead of time so you’re ready to send them right when the reservation department opens.

Overflow Accommodations:
If the casino hotel fills up, MITA suggests securing a room at a nearby hotel and adding yourself to the waiting list.
