MITA will host a meeting where MDOT staff will review and take input on their new method (click here.)
As MDOT committed to MITA that the evolution of this CPM special provision would be on ongoing collaborative process, this meeting will serve as industry’s opportunity to provide input on MDOT’s DRAFT revised special provision after another year of experiences with the current version of the special provision.
