Workforce development needs continue to be an important issue for the heavy/highway construction industry, and we know that MITA members are key to helping us close that gap across the state. Because your input is important and valued, MITA has developed and would like you to be a part of a survey designed to determine the workforce industry needs in Michigan. The survey is designed to take approximately 10 minutes or less of your time, is anonymous, and requires no long answers. The information will be compiled, organized and put into a report that will be made available to all MITA members. This will be the 2nd MITA Workforce Survey, and we had a tremendous amount of contractor members that provided us with data. We are looking forward to a similar response to this survey.
