Reminder – Reporting of Annual Employment Report Form

Per MDOT’s BOHIM 2006-11 “Revisions to the Weekly Employment Report, Form 1199”, contractors and subcontractors must submit the report annually when work is performed during the last full week of July.

This form may be submitted electronically and must be sent to MDOT’s Business Development Division.
