National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW), April 20-24, 2020, is an annual spring campaign held at the start of the construction season to spread awareness and the importance of work zone safety. MITA, MDOT, and roadway safety partners throughout Michigan have participated in NWZAW by holding a press conference each year.
The campaign to encourage safe driving through work zones continues as Michigan is the proud host of the 2020 national kick-off press conference event at the American Center for Mobility on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
Continued success and growth of NWZAW is not possible without the participation and generosity of donors, so we ask for your financial support. We ask for donations to help defray costs and make the 2020 national press event possible. Any generosity is greatly appreciated. Please provide a high-resolution image of your logo if you intend to donate.
Please make your check payable to the Michigan ATSSA Chapter and mail to:
8139 Douglas Ave.

Our goal is simple. Advance roadway safety and continue our mission Towards Zero Deaths.
