As of April 1, 2019, Health and Welfare was updated as follows: the Contractor agrees to pay into the Michigan Conference of Teamsters’ Welfare Fund (MCTWF) not to exceed $465.10* per week for each regularly employed Owner Operator and each regularly employed Company driver.
