The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) intends to allow the use of Alternate Technical Concepts (ATC) associated with the maintenance of traffic for a road rehabilitation project in the Bay Region. MDOT plans to advertise the project in September 2018 and include it in the November 2018 bid letting. It
