On January 25th, 2023, MDOT released a Contractor Announcement notifying contractors of process changes for the 2023 April bid lettings. The announcement (found here) stated that MDOT will not be providing the Eligible Bidders List or a financial rating with the work classifications (but they will provide a financial range).
