MITA has recently boosted our digital security with a new spam filter. This implementation changes the way that some members email servers “see” or recognize MITA staff emails and has resulted in staff emails being filtered into members’ email spam folders. In order to resolve this issue, please re-add all MITA staff email addresses as a “trusted” source or “not spam.” Each company likely handles this differently and it’s best to check with your own company’s IT department on how to resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience that this causes, and we hope that you only have to take this action once to rectify the situation.
