We continue to gain on our overall PAC raising goal of $250,000 for 2022 and have raised over $247,000. Coming in strong at the end of the year with 5 individual donors is Alta Equipment Company, recognizing the importance of what having a seat at the political table means to the overall success of the collective goals for the heavy construction industry.

If last week’s election has told us anything, it is that we MUST be involved with political giving and that having a large overall PAC is essential in keeping up with all the changes that can occur in politics. With 57 new members in the House of Representatives and changes in majority in both the state House and Senate, having access and a presence, which a strong PAC provides, is necessary for our overall success.
As we run into our final few weeks of the year, I hope you will all consider helping us reach our goal of raising $250,000 this year, whether through a personal donation or encouraging your colleagues or your peers in the industry to give. MITA continues to be a respected and powerful voice for the heavy construction industry at our state capitol and we intend to continue building upon that in the future.
