The MITA Future Leader Development Program is open to all individuals working in the heavy construction industry. Ideal program candidates are those individuals who have demonstrated leadership skills and are being groomed for advancement to upper management. A letter of recommendation from company leadership and a candidate resume will be required of all applicants. The number of program participants will be limited. The participant selection process will be conducted by MITA staff, and subject to review by the MITA Board of Directors. Deadline to apply is March 1, 2023.
