
MDOT and MITA will be hosting an AASHTOWare Project Construction and Materials (APCM) Forum to discuss contractor APCM project advancements, experiences, any contractor concerns with the recent APCM implementation, and/or any ideas for improvements.
MDOT implemented APCM (MDOT’s replacement for FieldManager) on trunkline projects with the August 2023 letting. MITA continues to hear a variety of questions and concerns since this APCM implementation. This forum is scheduled to allow MDOT to share advancements with industry and for contractors to raise any questions or concerns directly with MDOT. MDOT would also like to discuss their FieldManager sunset plans.

The APCM Forum will be held on October 23, 2025, at the MITA office from 1 PM to 3PM.
