MDOT To Hold Industry Forum for Three Rivers CMGC Project

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting an industry forum to discuss the upcoming construction manager general contractor (CMGC) procurement of M-60, M86 and US-131 Business Route (BR) road resurfacing and reconstruction, and bridge rehabilitation and replacement in the city of Three Rivers, St. Joseph County. This forum will provide an opportunity for potential bidders to learn about the project scope, procurement process, and schedule.

MDOT anticipates issuance of a Request for Qualifications in February 2026, with Statements of Qualifications due in March 2026 and award of a CMGC preconstruction contract anticipated in April 2026.

When: 10 a.m.  Feb. 17, 2026
