The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) intends to allow the use of Alternate Technical Concepts (ATC) associated with the maintenance of traffic for a road rehabilitation project in the Bay Region. MDOT plans to advertise the project in September 2018 and include it in the November 2018 bid letting. It is anticipated that construction will take place between April 2019 and November 2019.
