The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), Southwest Region, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from entities (“Submitters”) interested in submitting proposals for the design and construction of a new US-31 connection to I-94, reconstruction of I-94 and the I-94/I-94BL interchange, and rehabilitation of I-94BL (the “Project”). Responses are due on September 16, 2019 at 4 PM.
