The team has held briefings, prepared legislative kits and PowerPoints for both Democrats and Republicans. We have held briefings for Senate, House and all staff on messaging.

Our Speakers Bureau contains more than a dozen professionals that have stepped up and been trained on our messaging. This group includes the Governor and Lt. Governor. They have attended roughly 90 events to date with at least another 50 upcoming this month.

We held our first of three TeleTown halls on March 23rd. This TTH was for absentee voters. Governor Snyder was live to answer questions.

We hold individual weekly conference calls for labor, transportation and education groups to update the nearly 100 coalition groups on current events, share ideas and give assignments. Coalition members from across the board came together to listen to Governor Snyder and share ideas on March 11th.

Absentee ballots became available March 21st and people will start seeing them in the mail this week. Our Facebook page is at 15,145 likes as of March 30th and continues to grow daily – please push people to the page and ask them to click “LIKE”. Over the next month you will see polls go up and down – we have the strategy to win on May 5th. Know that with your support and the hard work and dedication of over 115 coalition members Safe Roads Yes will be able to educate on the safety of our roads and the ONLY plan to fix them.
