Program Details & Application Information
The MITA Future Leader Development Program is open to all individuals working in the heavy construction industry. Ideal candidates are those who have demonstrated leadership potential and are being groomed for advancement into upper management.
A letter of recommendation from company leadership is required for all applicants. Participation is limited, and selections will be made by MITA staff, subject to review by the MITA Board of Directors.
