With the recent changes stemming from the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) 2023 Final Rule, MITA will be hosting a session with MDOT’s prevailing wage specialist. The session will cover the pertinent changes for Michigan, a list of detailed examples, and answers to industry questions.
The session will be in person at the MITA offices on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 from 10 am-12 pm. Refreshments sponsored by BCT Benefits.
