Some members have reported seeing a “spinning wheel” or the app not loading properly. This is due to recent upgrades and bug fixes. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue and make sure you have the latest version of the directory data.
Step 1: Delete the App
* On your phone’s home screen, **press and hold the MITA Directory app icon.**
* Select **“Remove App”** or **“Delete App.”**
* Confirm that you want to delete it.
Step 2: Reinstall the App
* **Apple Users:** The MITA Directory app can only be found via this direct link.
* **Android Users:** Download on Google Play here.
Step 3: Log In and Refresh Your Data
* Open the MITA Directory app and log in with your credentials.
* Go to the **Profile** tab.
* Tap **“Download Latest Directory Data.”**
**Tip:** Click “Download Latest Directory Data” from time to time to make sure you always have the most current information — especially after updates or directory changes.
