In Memoriam – Paul R. Dykstra

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Raymond Dykstra, of MITA member Jack Dykstra Excavating, on Sunday, November 24, 2019 after a short battle with cancer. He was 63 years old.

Paul was born on March 30, 1956 in Grand Rapids to the late Jack and Kathleen (Versluis) Dykstra. Paul was co-owner of Jack Dykstra Excavating in Walker, along with his brothers. He was instilled with a strong work ethic from his father and mother at a young age. He enjoyed spending time in Key Largo, FL., fishing, boating and snowmobiling.

Paul is survived by “His Girl” of 22 years, Paulette DeYoung; son, Jason Dykstra; brothers James (Donna) Dykstra and Jack Jr. (Cheryl) Dykstra; sister Margie (Ross) Bartman; Lynda DeYoung, Connie (Tom) Langeland, Tim DeYoung, Blaine DeYoung, Jack and Gloria Burg, and many nieces and nephews.
