MDOT E-Proposal Upgrades and New Process for Construction Prequalifications

As part of their continuous effort to streamline the electronic submittal process and maximize efficiency, MDOT will begin utilizing the MDOT e-Proposal web site for the submission of all Construction Prequalification documentation beginning Friday, May 8th, 2020.  For more information, including video instructions, please click here.

Please note that this new process will take place after MDOT upgrades their e-Proposal site.  The upgrade of MDOT e-Proposal will take place on Thursday, May 7th, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

MDOT e-Proposal will be unavailable on Thursday, May 7th, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while MDOT implements the upgrade.

MDOT has sent details on the e-Proposal upgrades to all registered users.  For questions regarding MDOT e-Proposal, please email MDOT-eProposal@Michigan.gov.

Beginning September 1st, 2020, all Construction Prequalification documentation must be submitted via e-Proposal; between now and September 1st, contractors may continue to submit applications and information via email to MDOTPrequal@michigan.gov or after the May 7th upgrade, you may begin using the e-Proposal website to submit your applications and information.
