MDOT Issues RFQ for NEVI Round 1 DBOM Project

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) in partnership with several state agencies has issued a request for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) for a Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) project focused on Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure. The project is funded through an 80-20 split of The National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program funds through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and will therefore require submitters to adhere to all pertinent federal, state and local requirements.

View the full RFQ document here or it can be found on the Innovative Contracting Website and as a Contractor Announcement on the MDOT bid letting page.

Please notify the MDOT Innovative Contracting Project Manager, James Ranger, by email at RangerJ@michigan.gov for any issues with accessing the MDOT documents.
