MDOT Posts Request for Qualifications for Freeway Lighting Public-Private Partnership

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a freeway lighting Public-Private Partnership (P3).

The contract is expected to include designing, building, operating and maintaining the lighting system in the Metro Region. The Metro Region includes Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair and Wayne counties, which comprises about 80-percent of the state freeway lighting system.
The deadline for submittals is Friday, April 11, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. EST.
