The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), University Region, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from entities (“Submitters”) interested in submitting proposals for the design and construction for reconstruction of I-496 from Lansing Road easterly to the bridges over the Grand River, structure rehabilitation, and improvements on W Saint Joseph Street and W Malcolm X Street (the “Project”). The Project will include an Alternate Pavement Bidding (APB) process. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from entities interested in submitting proposals are due on April 30th, 2021, 4:00 pm EDT.
