The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from entities (“Submitters”) interested in submitting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CMGC) services for the bascule bridge steel superstructure repairs including replacement of track and tread castings, rehabilitation of the existing segmental girders, high-capacity jacking and shoring of existing superstructure, electrical improvements, and develop an alternate/emergency operations plan for potential use during construction on US-31 over the Pine River in the City of Charlevoix, Charlevoix County (the “Project”). Responses are due on March 11th, 2022, at 4 PM.
