The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting an industry forum to discuss the upcoming one-step, best-value progressive design-build procurement for the Marshall Modernization project in Marshall and Emmett Townships, Calhoun County. This forum will provide an opportunity for potential bidders to learn about the project scope, procurement process, and schedule.
MDOT anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) in early October 2023, with a notice of selection of the Progressive Design Builder anticipated in January 2024.
