MDOT has announced that they are updating their Progress Schedule (Form 1130) requirements.
Effective with the November 3, 2017 letting, all Progress Schedule submittals must occur after project award. This change was requested by the Federal Highway Administration to ensure that negotiations do not occur prior to project award. The new submittal requirements are stated in the newly established frequently used Special Provision for Progress Schedule 12SP-101A-01 and will be included in all projects effective with the November letting.
