Thank you MITA PAC Donors

MITA would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have donated to the PAC so far this year! We publish this information in the quarterly magazine Cross-Section, but this email helps spread the message even further. The plan going forward is to send this information out periodically to update you on our collective efforts concerning the PAC.

Please remember that MITA spends your PAC dollars with the PAC Board’s help, which focuses first on securing long-term sustainable funding for all segments of the heavy construction industry. The Board will also give some attention to safety initiatives and business-related legislation.

The goal is to raise over $300,000 on an annual basis. This type of fundraising will certainly keep MITA on the map in the political arena and help us reach our goals. If you’ve given to the PAC, thank you! If you haven’t yet or ever, please consider doing so. Our PAC can’t afford to suffer from the lack of long-term sustainable funding. We and the citizens of Michigan deserve better infrastructure. It creates careers, not jobs, and the product our members produce creates a better Michigan.
