MDOT, in collaboration with Michigan Paving/Cadillac Asphalt and the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) will be hosting a mutually beneficial webinar entitled: OJT Voluntary Incentive Project; “Paving the Way to Employment for Underserved Communities” scheduled for Thursday, February 23rd, 1:00 pm.
As an extension of MDOT’s current OJT program, MDOT’s VIP Pilot will offer equal opportunity for the training and upgrading of minorities, women, and disadvantaged persons toward journeyman status in the highway construction trades.”
