MDOT is replacing Expedite with AASHTOWare Project Bids beginning with the November 4, 2016 bid letting.
To ensure the ability to successfully submit a bid on November 4, 2016, it is recommended that the following steps be completed by October 21, 2016:
• Download AASHTOWare Project Bids
• Create a new digital ID (if not already created to bid with another state)
• Submit a Request to Bid with MIDOT through the Bid Express service
