The MITA Scholarship Fund is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 academic year! Completed applications will be accepted by MITA until April 15, 2024.
The MITA Scholarship Fund aims to offer financial support to individuals hoping to pursue a career in the heavy construction industry.
Applicants must include the following items with their application:
• Official college or high school transcripts.
• Resume outlining work experience and/or extra-curricular activities.
• 500 word essay, 12 pt. font – (See this sheet for essay talking points)
• Up to 3 letters of recommendation not to exceed 1 page in length each.
• Headshot.
The Scholarship Committee will consider all completed applications at their May 2024 meeting. Final decisions will be made post-meeting, and all applicants will be notified by the end of June 2024.
