Welcome Greg Brooks, MITA’s New Director of Safety and Compliance

With 14 years experience in underground and vertical construction as a foreman, skilled laborer and jobsite coordinator, Greg Brooks joined the MITA team on Dec. 5, 2019 as the new director of safety and compliance.

Greg brings with him construction safety training, a strong work ethic and leadership skills that will serve him well at MITA. In addition to his work experience, he served in the United States Marine Corps for five years, with two overseas deployments. Greg lives in Perrinton, and in his spare time enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.

“I am looking forward to being a safety workhorse for MITA’s members,” Greg said, “and also working with their workforce to ensure safety on jobsites throughout the state.”

MITA’s Executive Vice President Mike Nystrom said: “Greg brings not only years of field experience, but also a great attitude and personality that will fit well with our membership and the MITA team as well.”
